This site is for everyone who plays congress chess in the UK.  It includes details of when chess tournaments are taking place and who to contact to play in them.  We are hoping to have a results service so that you can find out who won the congresses that you played in.  There will be photos and reports from congresses around the country - please feel free to submit either of these.  There is a section for those about to play in their first tournament which includes details of extra rules of tournament play that you may not be fully familiar with.  This section includes details of how to use clocks, including digital clocks.
